Foods Lose Weight

In an effort to decrease the weight to achieve the ideal weight by calculating BMI (Body Mass Index) I did a lot of vegetable diet. I ate breakfast and lunch menu is a menu of vegetables and other companion, but without the rice. At first I thought surely it was not easy for me to run this kind of diet; not eat rice, do not feel like eating. But after trying, not too difficult. Even now I can enjoy breakfast and lunch menu without rice. Of course, dinner was delicious, after a day of white rice does not chew, I include a dinner of white rice (Of course, not in excessive amounts - for revenge for a day of not eating rice). Some of my favorite vegetables though a healthy diet is the mainstay
  1. Chicory
  2. Broccoli
  3. Pak choi (mustard meat)
Why is chicory?
The reason I chose cabbage as an ingredient for a healthy diet is not easy cabbage rot - can last longer, up to a week stored in the refrigerator. Moreover, the relatively cheap price of Chinese cabbage; but of nutritional factors, chicory contains many vitamins and minerals that are useful.

Why is broccoli?
Broccoli is a vegetable "super" which is very beneficial to health because they contain phytochemicals, substances in it. In addition, broccoli is also rich in beta-carotene, vitamin B1 and vitamin C, folate, calcium, iron, and potassium. Broccoli also contains fiber which is high; that we know that fiber helps smooth bowel movements.

Why mustard meat?
Meat mustard has green leaves that to me with blood type B is a type of vegetable that can help you lose weight. Mustard meat has a texture that is not too tough to chew, so I'm not tired when I have to spend a full plate for a lunch menu with no white rice.

As with other green vegetables, mustard meat has a high mineral content, including iron which is essential for the body.

Here is a simple way to cook the three kinds of vegetables they will be.

 Diet 1: Chicory Oyster Sauce

Several sheets of white mustard (according to each individual servings)
A little cooking oil for sauteing
Garlic, thinly sliced
Some of the items processed meat balls, small pieces
Soy sauce to taste
Oyster sauce to taste
A little sugar
  • Sliced cabbage
  • Heat oil in a skillet, saute the garlic until fragrant.
  • Enter the processed meatballs, saute briefly.
  • Enter the cabbage, stir. Enter the oyster sauce, soy sauce, sugar, stir.
Because chicory has a lot of water content, it is not necessary to add broth or water when cooking this vegetable. However, if you like the vegetable soup, broth can be added when the chicory is inserted into the skillet; and cook until boiling. Finally enter the oyster sauce, soy sauce, and sugar.

Note

*) Broccoli and cabbage can also be cooked with the meat the same way. But for the broccoli, boiled in boiling water for one minute before being put in a skillet to fry. Or, flush with the broccoli in boiling water.
*) Minced meat can also be used in place of processed meat balls.

The next option is a menu diet menu using a mixture of more vegetables, but it takes a very short time to cook. Of course, the dose / number of vegetables can be customized, and even some vegetables can be dispensed with, if not like.

 Diet 2: Sauteed Mixed Vegetables
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 cm thin slices fresh ginger
  • 2 cabbage leaves, sliced
  • 25 ounces shiitake mushrooms, thinly sliced
  • 25 grams of bamboo shoots, sliced thin
  • 3 stalks celery, sliced diagonally25 g of corn
  • 1/2 small red bell pepper, seeded and thinly sliced
  • 25 grams of bean sprouts
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • A little sesame oil
  • 1 large tomato, seeded, cut 4
Tips:

* To peel tomatoes easily, enter the boiling water for 5 seconds. Lift and place in bowl of cold water. Her skin will easily peel. Four sides and remove the seeds with a small spoon)
  1. Heat oil in a skillet, add the garlic, ginger. Cook until fragrant.
  2. Enter the chicory leaves, stir briefly. Enter the mushrooms, bamboo shoots, celery, baby corn, peppers, sprouts, salt and pepper. Cook for 2 minutes.
  3. Moistened with soy sauce and sesame oil, then put the tomatoes. Stir for 30 seconds.
Stir-fry mixed vegetables are very helpful to me in a vegetable diet. Because implementing a breakfast menu and lunch with no white rice, a variety of vegetables is helping me overcome boredom chewing one kind of vegetable in considerable amounts.

The menu in addition to vegetables, I also consume eggs (poached, sunny, or scrambled), or know Japanese (fried in a little oil), or fried chicken, fried empal, or other meat menu.

Is it possible for you, go on a diet without rice? Certainly not an easy thing for us people of Indonesia to leave the white rice in our daily menu; not feel like eating when not eating rice. I also think that before, but my desire to look beautiful with a slim body is greater than the feelings and thoughts is impossible not to eat white rice. What about you?
